Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a vinyl record with a fault or undisclosed issue, or if it arrives damaged during shipping, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.
For faulty or incorrect items:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- We will arrange return shipping at our expense.
- Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and issue a refund or replacement.
For items damaged during shipping:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging.
- We will initiate a claim with the carrier and coordinate the return if necessary.
- A replacement or refund will be issued upon return and inspection.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Contact Audra or Trin via email at capcitypop@gmail.com with your order number and issue to initiate a return or for any further inquiries.
